Julie Kleinhans is a certified life coach, founder of Mind Focus Generation, and creator of the Super Empowerment System for Teens and Young Adults: How to Create Confidence and Empowerment in Your Life so You Can Feel Free to Be Who You Really Are. She is a confidence and youth empowerment expert who helps teens and young adults release their negative self-image and beliefs, enabling them to go beyond their perceived limitations so that they may achieve success and well-being in all areas of their lives. As a former high school teacher and mentor for over a decade, Julie has guided thousands of teenagers with numerous difficulties such as bullying, peer pressure, drug use, self-confidence issues, academic struggles, and relationships troubles by showing kids how to focus on their strengths and talents and directing them to create a plan of action to achieve their goals and dreams. Her heart-felt approach toward teaching has made her a favorite amongst teenagers wherever she goes. Carrie Rubenfeld is a professional coach and founder of NCourage College and Career Coaching. This innovative program enables students, graduates and young professionals to utilize their passion, skills and education to build sustained career and business success. Carrie graduated cum laude from Cornell University without career direction or support.  Her struggles during that time in her life led to her mission to help young people develop their careers by accessing the power within them.

The NCourage Program has three phases: Discover -- determine direction, one's unique combination of natural abilities and strengths, passions and values; Empower -- exploration of options given education, economy, job outlook and development of career goals; Succeed -- development of 'Career Test Drive' and 'Career Marketing' skills and strategies.  Her group and one-to-one coaching with young people are engaging sessions that help them make the most of their education, by finding and committing to a future they are excited about.

Her extensive business background has also proven a benefit to her clients, including agency and corporate marketing experience at American Express and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  In addition to the experience of many clients, as a mom of a college freshman and high school sophomore, she has first-hand experience with the college and career development process.
